1. Returns

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 90 days of delivery.
This means the product’s seal, plastic wrap, or protective layer around the box, jar, or container must remain intact and not removed or broken.
To start a return, please contact us at support@jiyuskin.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue — we’ll replace or refund it right away.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.
