Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Jiyu Skincare products! If something’s not right, here’s how we can help.
1. Returns
We do not require customers to return products.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@jiyuskin.com with your order number and reason for your request. Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue — we’ll replace or refund it right away.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.
